VP Clinical Quality & Healthcare Operations

Be the operator who defends HELIX when a Chief Medical Officer at a top-25 MA plan pressure-tests it. Translate clinical reality into product reality and back again — every single day.

The mandate.

You will own clinical accuracy, healthcare operations, and the domain credibility of HELIX. You will validate every Stars, HEDIS, risk adjustment, and member engagement output against the way real payers actually work. You will be the face of HELIX to Chief Medical Officers, VP Quality, and VP Risk Adjustment buyers.

Outcomes in your first year.

First 90 days

Audit every clinical claim in the platform. Build the validation playbook that maps HELIX outputs to CMS, NCQA, and HEDIS specifications. Co-own the first executive briefings with the CEO.

First 180 days

Lead clinical validation for the first paying MA plan deployment. Publish HELIX's clinical methodology and AI-output review process. Build the Clinical Advisory Board (3–5 named operators).

First 365 days

Own the clinical roadmap. Two more plan deployments live with documented clinical accuracy benchmarks. HELIX is being cited by clients as their primary Stars and risk-adjustment platform of record.

About you.

10+ years inside a Medicare Advantage plan, risk-adjustment vendor, or quality-focused healthcare services company. You've lived inside the workflows we're rebuilding.
Deep working knowledge of CMS Stars, HEDIS, HCC coding, RADV, prior authorization, and care management.
You can read a clinical guideline and a SQL query with equal fluency. Comfortable challenging engineers on what the data actually says.
Clinical credential a plus (MD, RN, MPH, PharmD), but operating experience matters more than the degree.
Bonus: prior leadership role at a top-25 MA plan or a quality-focused vendor that sold into them.
