Head of Sales
Open the rooms that matter. Close the deals that define the next funding round. Build the playbook that turns HELIX from a category-leading product into a category-leading company.
The mandate.
You will own pipeline, enterprise sales process, RFP responses, and payer relationship management. You will sell to Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Medical Officers, and VPs of Quality at Medicare Advantage plans. You will close the first 3–5 paying deployments and build the sales motion that follows.

About you.
- You've closed multi-million-dollar enterprise deals into Medicare Advantage plans, payers, or large healthcare systems. You know the buyer committee in your sleep.
- Existing relationships at top-25 MA plans — CFOs, COOs, VP Quality, VP Risk Adjustment.
- Comfortable with long, complex cycles (6–12 months) and procurement gauntlets. You've negotiated MSAs, BAAs, and security reviews and lived to tell about them.
- Operator-friendly. You can co-build executive briefings with the founder and the VP Clinical Quality. You don't need pre-baked decks to hold the room.
- Bonus: prior VP Sales or first sales hire at a healthcare SaaS company that reached $10M+ ARR selling to payers.
